1. How long does it take to ship my order after placing it?
After payment is successfully completed, we usually process orders within 1–3 business days before arranging shipment.
Actual shipping times may vary depending on order volume, inventory availability or special circumstances.
2. Can I cancel my order?
If your order is within 24 hours of being placed and has not yet been shipped, you may contact customer support to request a cancellation.
Orders that exceed 24 hours or have already entered the shipping process cannot be cancelled directly.
