This Return and Exchange Policy applies to customers in Australia and is intended to clearly explain the conditions, procedures and important information relating to returns and exchanges. Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 35 days from the date you receive your order.
This period does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Products returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged and unwashed
All original packaging, tags and accessories must be intact
The product must be in a condition suitable for resale
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange request or take appropriate action as permitted by law.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Once your return request is approved, prepare the product for return

Use the return label included in your parcel to send the product back

Securely package the product and return it according to the instructions on the return label
Please keep the return label safe and use it when returning items. If the return label is lost, please contact customer service for assistance.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the steps below:

Contact customer service within the return period and specify your exchange request (such as size, model or style)

Once approved, use the return label included in the parcel to return the original product

After we receive and confirm that the returned product meets the exchange conditions, a new exchange order will be created
Exchanged products are treated as new orders. The order processing time for exchange orders is 1–3 business days.
Return Label Policy
A return label is pre-included in the parcel at the time of shipment for use in returns or exchanges.
Please retain the return label and use it when returning or exchanging items.
If the return label is lost or cannot be used, please contact customer service and we will assist you accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued within 1–5 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
The actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Return and Exchange Costs
For returns and exchanges that comply with this policy, all return and exchange shipping costs and related fees will be covered by us.
Under normal circumstances, customers are not required to pay any additional fees.
