Delivery Area

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We do not ship to any countries or regions outside the United Kingdom. If a shipping address outside the UK is provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable international shipping carriers to deliver orders, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS and DHL Express.

Orders with a total value of AUD 79.99 or more (including AUD 79.99) qualify for free shipping.
Orders with a total value below AUD 79.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.99.
All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
Order processing includes order confirmation, inventory checks, packaging and handover to the shipping carrier.

Cut-off Time

The daily cut-off time for order processing is 6:00 PM (Sydney time, AEST/AEDT) on business days.
Orders placed and paid for before the cut-off time are typically processed on the same business day or the following business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
